赖云锋
教授
2007.2获上海交通大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2007.3-2008.12在法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)材料与工程物理实验室(LMPG)从事博士后研究。近些年,主要研究薄膜和纳米材料、阻变存储及其类脑计算应用技术、针对特定应用的电路与系统。近五年,发表SCI收录的学术论文28篇(其中,以第一作者和通讯作者发表了JCR二区及以上学术论文5篇)。完成国家自然科学基金,福建省自然科学基金和教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金。与中国科学院微电子研究所、上海交通大学及中国科学院宁波材料所建立合作关系,部分优秀研究生已外送联合培养。在微电子学与固体电子学、电路与系统、物理电子学、集成电路工程等专业指导研究生。
