胡海龙
研究员
于2001年,2006年分别获兰州大学微电子与固体电子学学士学位和凝聚态物理博士学位。2006至2011年分别在日本秋田大学工学资源学研究科、名古屋大学工学研究科任博士研究员。在物理电子学、信息光电技术、微电子与固体电子学和集成电路工程等领域从事教学研究工作,研究方向包括:量子点发光器件、有机发光二极管、薄膜晶体管、新型发光与显示技术、低维光电材料与器件、印刷电子学等。
