陈惠鹏
研究员
陈惠鹏 博士、研究员、博士生导师,福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授, 福建省杰出青年基金获得者。 2004年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获得应用物理和电子信息工程双学士学位,2009年毕业于美国塔夫茨大学,获得博士学位。主要从事半导体材料器件及应用,神经形态显示等方面的研究。研究对象包括薄膜晶体管、感存算芯片、神经形态器件与系统、新型半导体电路设计、传感器、存储器等。以通讯作者在Nature Communications, Matter. Adv. Mater., IEEE Electron Device Letter , IEEE Transactions on Electron Device 等发表SCI论文100余篇,已授权专利10余项。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金区域联合重点项目、面上等项目 。

2016年至今,所指导的研究生中16人获国家奖学金,2人获宝钢优秀学生奖学金,1人获卢嘉锡优秀学生奖学金、7人获得福建省优秀博士、硕士毕业论文。
