陈志峰
教授
陈志峰教授,博士生导师,IEEE高级会员,博士毕业于美国佛罗里达大学。致力于人工智能自动驾驶领域的计算机视觉与深度学习,视频编码与传输的研究,曾在多家世界500强企业任职,并在研发,管理等职务担任美国上市公司高级主管工程师。先后承担了十多个国内外研究项目,包括美国国家科学基金会(NSF)和中国国家自然科学基金委员会(NSFC)项目。公开发表的PCT国际专利17项,其中已获授权PCT国际专利5项,在国际一流期刊和会议上发表了30多篇学术论文,出版学术专著1部(德国)。参与多项国际标准开发,原创的视频丢包容错度和系统率失真优化研究成果已成为国际标准参考代码,并列为主要贡献者。受邀担任IEEE的多媒体通信电子期刊的客座编辑,8个国际会议的技术委员会委员,15个国际著名期刊会议审稿人,被IEEE VCIP 授予2013年度最佳审稿人奖。担任2018年和2019年IEEE的Ubi-Media计算国际会议联合主席。
