陈由甲 教授,博导,福建省媒体信息智能处理与无线传输重点实验室副主任,福建省高层次人才,福州大学旗山学者。从事5G/6G、人工智能、视频物联网等领域的研究,主要研究方向包含无线网络性能分析与资源优化、边缘缓存与边缘计算技术,人工智能+无线通信,视触融合通信等。已主持包括2项国家自然科学基金项目、2项福建省自然科学基金项目、福建省教育厅项目、校企合作等项目8项;参与4项国家自然科学基金项目、2项福建省重大项目;第一/通信作者发表高水平学术论文近30篇,ESI高被引论文3篇。授权中国发明专利10余项。获2021年福建通信学会科学技术二等奖,2023年IEEE ICCC会议最佳论文奖。
