朱敏敏
教授
朱敏敏博士、教授、博士生导师,福建省"闽江学者"特聘教授。分别在清华大学和新加坡南洋理工大学获得硕士和博士学位,并于 2021 年加入福州大学物理与信息工程学院。曾在新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学电子电气工程系及新加坡淡马锡国家实验室从事科研工作,主持或参与福建省重点及重大专项,以及新加坡教育部、国防部和校企合作等一系列重大项目。研究方向聚焦于半导体微纳电光器件与集成电路,围绕信息科学领域的微纳器件设计与研发,涵盖第三&四代半导体(GaN/SiC/Ga₂O₃)、激光器与调制器、铁电存储器等。迄今在 AFM、CEJ、JACS、APL 和 IEEE 等学术期刊发表 SCI 论文 80 余篇,并申请或授权国内外专利 10 余项。

Prof. Zhu holds the position of full professor at Fuzhou University and has been recognized as a "Minjiang Scholar" in Fujian Province. He obtained his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Tsinghua University and Nanyang Technological University, respectively, and joined the School of Physics and Information Engineering at Fuzhou University in 2021. Prior to joining FZU, he gained valuable experience working at renowned institutions such as Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore, and Temasek Laboratories in Singapore. His research focuses on semiconductor micro/nano optoelectronic devices and integrated circuits, with an emphasis on the design and development of micro/nano devices in the field of information science, such as third- and fourth-generation semiconductors (GaN, SiC, Ga₂O₃), lasers and modulators, and ferroelectric memory devices. To date, he has published over 80 SCI-indexed papers in leading academic journals such as AFM, CEJ, JACS, APL, and IEEE, and has applied for or been granted more than 10 patents internationally and domestically.
