朱敏敏
教授
朱敏敏博士、教授、博士生导师,福建省"闽江学者"特聘教授。本科毕业于安徽大学物理系,清华大学硕士,新加坡南洋理工大学博士。先后在新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学电子电气工程系和淡马锡国家实验室从事科研工作,主持/参与了福建省重点&重大专项2项,新加坡教育部、国防部和校企合作等一系列重大项目。围绕新型电子信息材料(第三&四代半导体GaN/SiC/Ga2O3)、光电器件设计与制造(射频&功率器件、激光器与调制器)以及信息存储与处理(随机存储器、忆阻器、磁存储器)等方面开展科研工作。目前在国际知名期刊上已发表SCI论文46篇,申请并授权了一项新型专利。

Prof. Zhu obtained Master degree and Philosophy of degree from Tsinghua University and Nanyang Technological University, respectively. Prior to joining Fuzhou University, he has worked for Temasek Laboratories in Singapore, as well as NTU and NUS. Currently he is a full professor with Minjiang Scholar. His research interest contains: (i) Next-generation semiconductor & power devices(GaN/SiC/Ga2O3); (ii) Ferroelectric and ferromagnetic oxides (lead-based/-free perovskite, organic piezoelectrics); (iii) Multifunctional C-B-N based electronics & photonics.
