朱敏敏
教授
朱敏敏博士、教授、博士生导师,福建省"闽江学者"特聘教授。本科毕业于安徽大学物理系,清华大学硕士,新加坡南洋理工大学博士。2021年加入福州大学物理与信息工程学院,先后在新加坡国立大学、南洋理工大学电子电气工程系和淡马锡国家实验室从事科研工作,主持/参与了福建省重点&重大专项3项,新加坡教育部、国防部和校企合作等一系列重大项目。研究方向为半导体微纳电光器件与集成电路,围绕信息科学领域的微纳器件设计与研发(第三&四代半导体GaN/SiC/Ga2O3、激光器与调制器、铁电存储器)等方面开展科研工作,目前在国际知名期刊上已发表SCI论文50余篇,授权一项国际专利。

Prof. Zhu holds the position of full professor at Fuzhou University and has been recognized as a Minjiang Scholar. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Physics at Anhui University, followed by a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University and a Philosophy degree from Nanyang Technological University. Before joining Fuzhou University, he gained valuable experience working at renowned institutions such as Temasek Laboratories in Singapore, as well as Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS). He is an accomplished researcher and academic in the field of information science, specializing in micro/nano electro-optical devices and integrated circuits (next-generation semiconductor & power devices (GaN/SiC/Ga2O3), Lasers, modulators, and memories).
