主要从事高速光通信技术与半导体光电子器件、高性能近红外光探测器、宽禁带半导体功率器件、紫外日盲光探测器等方面的研究。从器件设计、理论仿真验证,到器件工艺制备、性能测试,进一步性能优化等半导体器件全过程的开发研究。
