黄立勤
教授
黄立勤,博士,1996年7月浙江大学信息电子技术本科毕业后在福州大学网络与信息中心从事网络信息系统研究、设计与运维工作;2010年11月转岗到物理与信息工程学院电子信息系从事教学科研工作。期间获得福州大学计算数学硕士学位与通信与信息系统博士学位。其中2013.8-2014.3受国家留学基金资助在美国University of Mississippi做访问学者,2014.10-2015.2受欧盟第七框架玛丽居里夫人基金资助在英国伦敦Middlesex University做访问学者。现为中国仪器仪表学会理事医疗仪器分会理事。

近年主持和完成的科研项目有:国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、省科技厅重点项目1项,省自然基金面上项目2项,省教育厅科技项目2项;另外还参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,教育厅卫生部教育联合攻关计划1项,省科技厅重点项目1项,省自然科学基金面上项目1项。获得1项福建省科学技术三等奖,发表学术论文20多篇,获得2项国家发明专利和1项软件著作权。

研究方向:图像处理与计算机视觉、机器学习算法在视频数据分析、医学图像处理及辅助诊断中的应用。
